Disappointed with the product

Started using the product in June ,2025 and by the mid of the month the lid got a crack.Again ordered a lid and it also cracked within weeks. Second lid also got the crack exactly in the same position as the first . It’s near the clipping portion of the box. Very much disappointed with purchase . Couldn’t use it at least for 2 months.
