More than the product, their customer service is unmatchable. I had first received the bag which was not the color I chose and emailed them my concern. Then after a week, I receive the bag which was the color I had chosen. And they never asked me to return the first bag sent. I was not hoping to get another one so soon and assumed that they'd send me a coupon or something. This shows their customer service to be top notch without any compromise. Keep up the good work, Team!
