Worst customer service as I have not received my order and asked for a refund

Worst customer service as I have not received my order and asked for a refund. Catfat agreed to refund in 48 hours and it is been 2 weeks now and they have not. I tired calling and messaging to the customer service number but no response. Shame on your customer service and looting customer money.

No proper description.

The product title was red combo set .. but I got red bottle and pink box it was no where mentioned tht the box will be pink. My kids were very disappointed on the same . Little upset with the service too . Apart from this the product was good .

Wrost experience with wrong items

Hello I ordered combo pack but they sent small boxes, when trying to reach them, didn’t respond to me. They are fraud people, don’t trust them.
